Farm Holiday Caravanserraglio in Le Marche, Central Italy, has holiday homes and apartments available with separate entrances, with a park at disposal, with old oaks, olive trees and orchard, meadows, grazing horses, swimming pool (m 14x6), a mini-wood with a playhouse for children, a restaurant where to taste the magic flavours of the country of Le Marche and silence and harmony.
Caravanserraglio begins where the road ends, in one of the most beautiful area's of Le Marche. Around it stretches the territory of the National Park of the Sibillini Mountains, overlooking the valley of the river the Chienti. From Caravanserraglio you can behold the most inspiring views of the splendid 360° panorama of the valley and of the strolling hills and Sibillini mountains.
Restaurant Caravanserraglio is in the old stable, which has been completely restored so that the rustic atmosphere of it is retained. The wooden floor, furniture and ceramics, together with the informal presentation, form the backdrop for the food that is well taken care of. The philosophy is to take care of our guests with love.
The products used in the restaurant come from organic farms and are all chosen with the greatest care. The meat-products are carefully selected and come from the local area. Also the different kinds of cheeses, vegetables and the home-made pasta’s are of the highest quality, with a view to a well balanced diet.
The wines are mainly local. The selection is modest but good.

Type: max. 6 persons
Apartment Viaggiatori is situated on the main floor and has a big wooden verandah in front of it. There you can enjoy the panorama over the fields and the mountains. At the back of the house a small private garden with the door to the kitchen with dining table. The apartment has two double bedrooms, one at the main floor and one on the first floor, a sittingroom with a futon bed-settee and hifi. Two bathrooms: one with bath-tub, wash-basin, bidet and toilet and the other with shower, wash-basin, bidet and toilet. |

Casa Naviganti is situated on the main floor of the former hayloft which recently has been transformed in a comfortabel apartment. The spacious living-room gives a wonderful view of the garden through the big stone arch. The apartment has two double bedrooms, one bathroom with shower, wash-basin and toilet, a kitchen equipped with frige and kitchen-utensils, living-room with a bed-settee, tv and hifi. In front of the house the garden with table, chairs and parasol. |

Casa Sognatori is a small isolated house with a wooden verandah directed towards the hill with a splendid panorama of the Chienti valley and Sibillini mountains. The room inside is divided in a corner with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, wash-basin and toilet, a kitchen-corner equipped with frige and kitchen-utensils and stairs that lead to a small split-level. Two doors: one towards the swimming pool, and the other towards the valley, to guarantee absolute privacy.

Apartment Artisti is on the first floor, the entrance is from a outdoor-staircase, leading to a private balcony. It has two rooms and a spacious bathroom. One room with a double-bed and the other with settee, hifi and a small kitchen. Bathroom with bath-tub, wash-basin, bidet and toilet. Upstairs, windows overlook the garden to the front and the swimming pool to the rear. In the garden a part is reserved for Artisti, furnished with table and chairs. |

The Casa delle Rose is a 17th century farmhouse with a covered staircase outside, wich is overgrown by roses. The house has been beautifully restored to create spacious, stylish rooms combining elements of rustic tradition with modern comforts. It has terracotta tiled floors and beamed ceilings. The house has a large living-room with a working fireplace, four large bedrooms with each a double-bed. A bathroom with bath-tub, wash-basin, bidet and toilet and a second bathroom with bath-tub, wash-basin and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with frige/freezer, dishwasher and all the kitchen-utensils for preparing breakfast, lunch or diner. In front of the house a private garden with table, chairs and parasol. |
