This ancient residence, which is immersed in a large park, was recently restructured and converted into cosy, refined flats, while keeping its sober and elegant original architecture. The property is located in Mazzanta, between Vada and Cecina, in the very heart of the Etruscan Coast, within easy walking distance of beautiful pinewoods and the sea, which is only 400 meters off.
The strategic position of our property is ideal for easy day-trips to the most interesting places in Tuscany: citites of art (Florence, Siena, Lucca, Pisa…), medieval villages and towns (San Gimignano, Volterra, Massa Marittima, Suvereto, Casale Marittimo, Bolgheri…), spas, parks (mining and nature parks, archaelological sites and theme parks…), the Isle of Elba, wine-and-food tasting tours along the “Strade del Vino” (including world-famous labels such as Sassicaia).
The ideal place to relax in a secluded, refined environment for all those who love peacefulness, nature and wellness.
The Sobrini family and their highly professional, friendly staff will welcome you warmly and make you feel at home. Pisa airport – which is just 50 km away from the Villa – is the main International Airport in Tuscany and has a good range of low-cost flights.
Villa Mazzanta is a three-storey building consisting of roomy, comfortable flats. These well-equipped and finely decorated suites are provided with air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, telephone and safety box. Terraces and verandas are equipped with chairs and tables.
FLATS
Three types of accommodation available:
Suite: Two-roomed flat 3+1 (3 adults + 1 child aged up to 12). Large living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed; one bedroom with a double bed; bathroom with shower.
Family Suite: Three-roomed flat 3+2 (3 adults + 2 children aged up to 12). Beautiful, large living room with kitchenette and single sofa bed; two bedrooms with double beds; bathroom with shower.
Family Suite Superior: Three-roomed flat 4+2 (4 adults + 2 children aged up to 12). Spacious, comfortable living room with kitchenette (including a dishwasher and a 20-inch TV-set) and double sofa bed, two bedrooms with double beds (each equipped with a 14-inch TV-set), two bathrooms –– one with shower, the other with a Jacuzzi.
SERVICES
Reception Desk with info point, small snack bar, swimming pool with aqua bed and Jacuzzi, children’s pool (the “World of Waters” is open from May to October), solarium equipped with deckchairs and sun umbrellas, picnic area with barbecue, playground for children, swimming classes and miniclub (summer time, for children aged 4-12, all days at stated hours, except Saturday), evening entertainment and animation, including sports (summer time, at the Stella del Mare residence – the other property of the Sobrini family - 600 metres away from Villa Mazzanta), lift, fitness room in the observation turret, launderette, private parking within the property, beach with deckchairs and umbrellas (from May to September), complimentary bicycles, wireless and LAN Internet access in flats.
RESTAURANT
At the Stella del Mare residence (600 meters from the Villa, and belonging to the Sobrini family) our guests can dine à la carte or be served at fixed prices for breakfast, half board or full board.

Cosy and elegant, it is furnished in a simple style but is extremely coordinated and researched, with classy finishing and decorations. Large external space furnished with table and chairs.

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS
Flat rate for water, electricity and gas, air conditioning/heating, bed linen weekly changed: € 42 per person per week. For shorter stays than a week € 10 per person (minimum euros 30 per person per stay). Minimum 2 paying guests in the Suite and 3 paying guests in the Family Suite and Family Suite Superior. Children below 8 years of age free of charge.
OPTIONAL EXTRAS
Cot (0-2 years): € 30 single charge. Service to be reserved and subject to availability.
FINAL CLEANING KITCHENETTE
The final cleaning of the flat and of the kitchenette is to be taken care of by client (unless arranged otherwise with the Reception staff). Upon arrival, the client leaves a deposit of 25 euros. If the kitchenette is cleaned by the guest at the departure, the deposit will be refunded.
BEACH SERVICE
Service available from 18/5 to 21/9 (1 beach umbrella, 1 deck chair and 1 sun bed per week per flat).
