Agriturismo Podere Santa Francesca - Apartment Il Capanno
Type: Apartment (2+2)
The apartment Il Capanno (the shed) overlooks the Val dOrcia and is situated at the ground floor.
It is made up of two double rooms with four-poster beds, each with private bathroom, a living-room with sofa bed, cable TV and internet point and a cooking corner with dishwasher.
It is furnished with typical Tuscan style furnitures with some pieces of the IXX century.
The floor is made up of cotto as well as the ceiling.
Outside there is a reserved space with a table, chairs and a parasol ideal for relax moments after a dive in the swimming pool.

Type: Apartment 5 Guests
Il Fienile (the barn) is at the first floor and was obtained by the old barn.
It has a breathtaking view on the Val dOrcia.
You enter the apartment going up a large stone staircase that ends in a loggiato with a view on the swimming pool.
From the loggiato you enter the living-room furnished with a sofa, cable TV and internet point, furniture of the end of the IXX century and a cooking corner with dishwasher.
Through a corridor you enter a double bedroom and another one with separeted beds all iron-decorated.
For your relax moments, the bathroom has a Jacuzzi.
The cotto ceilings with wooden beams were restaured according to the Tuscan architecture.
Outside, in the garden, you find a gazebo with a table and chairs reserved to this apartment.

Type: Apartment (2+2)
The Limonaia is where the old lemon trees storeroom and the stalls used to be; it is situated at the ground floor and overlooks the garden.
In the living-room there is a sofa, cable TV, a big table and a cupboard of the end of the IXX century.
The rest of the apartment is made up of two double bedrooms, one of which with separated and iron decorated beds.
The bathrooms are with shower.
The floor is made of cotto and the ceilings with wooden beams.
Out in the garden there is a table with chairs and a parasol for open-air dinners with a view on the Val dOrcia. |

A beautiful stone staircase ending in a loggiato leads to this apartment at the first floor of the agriturismo.
From here you can enjoy a view on the Val dOrcia and on the swimming pool.
Red sunsets enter the large windows giving a pink colour to the walls for a romantic atmosphere.
From the loggiato you enter a beautiful living-room with a large kitchen with dishwasher, a big table, a fireplace, a sofa, cable TV, telephone and internet point.
From the living-room you enter two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
The apartment is finely furnished with typical Tuscan style furnitures.
The floor is made of cotto and the ceilings are very high with wooden beams.
Downstairs, out in the garden, there is a table with chairs and a parasol facing the swimming pool, ideal for barbeques.

Agriturismo Podere San Michele
Type:
The Farm San Michele: a farmhouse finely restored and decorated.
It overlooks the Val dOrcia.
The farm is divided in two floors plus a store- and laundry room and it is about 120 sm.
The interiors were restaured with hand-made cotto floors, rural hardwood doors and chestnut beams.
The ground floor is made of a large living-room with a sofa, a table, a cosy fireplace plus cable TV and DVD player; a cooking corner with the hoven and a dishwasher will make your stay in Tuscany more confortable.
There is also a private bathroom with shower.
Upstairs there are three double rooms, furnished with iron decorated beds of the end of the XIX century.
The bathroom offers a confortable Jacuzzi for your relax moments.
Outside, under the pergola, you will find a table, chairs, parasols and a barbeque: the ideal place to have dinner while contemplating a colourful panorama.
Not to forget our panoramic swimming pool where you can relax. |
